    let’s put it like this…how much television do you watch? start recording your favorite shows and watch them later and use that time to hit the gym and Xercise instead. if you don’t have a long stretch of time, you could break up your Xercise into shorter sessions. some activity is always better than none!

    Xercising actually gives you more energy. your body produces “feel-good” hormones (endorphins), and you’re getting the circulation going. it may help to get your Xercise in the morning before your day gets away from you. whatever time of the day is best for you, clubX has its doors open. stop the Xcuses and get going!

    find an Xercise platform you love. try our miX-it-up (mon/wed @5:30p) or Xfit (mon-thu 6:30p) classes, with our Xtremely popular trainers, janice muller and lester medal. we promise you will enjoy Xercise again! Xercise doesn’t have to be onerous or unpleasant, there’s an Xercise for everyone. get some friends to go with you, and every once in a while, try something totally new. miX it up so you don’t get bored!
